    A breast reduction, or reduction mammoplasty, removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin to reduce breast size. This procedure can alleviate physical discomfort, improve posture, & enhance body image.

Lymphedema surgery can significantly reduce swelling, improve quality of life, and decrease reliance on lifelong conservative management strategies like compression garments and manual lymphatic drainage.

Insurance

In-network | Out-of-network

We are in-network with Medicare.

We accept private PPO insurances (Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United) as an out-of-network (OON) provider. Payment for services provided during an office visit is required, but we will provide you a superbill and any other necessary documentation required for submitting the visit to your insurance for direct reimbursement or application towards your deductible. We do work with and bill your insurance directly for necessary surgical procedures, subject to the plan’s OON policies.

Unfortunately, due to continuous decline in reimbursement rates combined with the rising costs of providing high-level and individualized reconstructive care, as of 2025, SoCal OncoPlastic Surgery is no longer in-network with plans other than Medicare.

For Derm Boutique and Aesthetic Surgery visits, we do not charge a consultation fee - unless a prior “no show” has occurred.
